Yes. Handicap seating is available upon request. Please email us at team@itsyourtimeconference.com and one of our customer service representatives will assist you. Wheelchair-accessible seating is widespread throughout the event. Guests requiring these seats are guaranteed to have unobstructed views of the event and may purchase adjacent companion seating, subject to availability. In addition, restrooms and parking facilities are all in compliance with ADA standards.

Live Audition - Frequently Asked Questions
The Live Auditions will be held on the following days:
Thursday, January 11, from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Friday, January 12, from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Please note that the specific day and time slot for your audition will be provided to you after you are selected and have claimed your ticket. We will ensure that you receive all the necessary details to make your audition experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
The Live Auditions will take place at the following location:

Yes, if you’re selected to participate in the Live Semi-Final Auditions, you will need to purchase an artist audition ticket. This ticket is a requirement for your participation in the auditions. It ensures that you have a spot reserved for your performance, and it also helps cover event costs and logistics. Be sure to obtain your artist audition ticket as instructed to secure your place in the Live Auditions.
The Artist Audition Ticket includes the following:
- Artist Audition Access on both Thursday and Friday.
- Artist Seating at the “It’s Your Time Business & Music Conference” on Saturday and Sunday.
- Opportunities for Networking with Music Industry and Business Executives.
- Access to the Grand Finale Performances, allowing you to enjoy and be a part of this exciting event.
- An Official Conference Agenda Workbook to keep you informed and organized throughout the conference.
This ticket offers a comprehensive experience, combining your audition opportunity with access to the conference, networking, and valuable resources to make the most of your time at the event.
An Artist Guest Ticket is designed for individuals who are accompanying and supporting the artist during the event. It provides the same access and benefits as the Artist Audition Ticket, allowing them to fully participate in the experience alongside the artist.
This means they will have access to:
- Audition Access on both Thursday and Friday.
- Artist section general admission seating at the “It’s Your Time Business & Music Conference” on Saturday and Sunday.
- Opportunities for Networking with Music Industry and Business Executives.
- Access to the Grand Finale Performances, allowing you to enjoy and be a part of this exciting event.
- An Official Conference Agenda Workbook to keep you informed and organized throughout the conference.
This way, artists can have their supporters with them throughout the event, enhancing the overall experience for everyone involved.
To ensure a smooth and successful audition experience, please make sure to bring the following items to the Live Auditions:
Your Performance Material: Bring your music or performance track in MP3 format, and have it saved on a USB drive. It’s also a good idea to have the music on your phone as a backup. This preparation will help ensure that your performance can proceed without any technical issues.
By having both your music on a USB drive and your phone, you’ll be well-prepared to deliver your best performance during the audition.
The prizes for the event are as follows:
- Grand Prize Winner (1st Place) will receive a cash prize of $10,000.
- 2nd Place Prize Winner will have the opportunity to perform at the Streetz 94.5 Atlanta Summer Jam.
- 3rd Place Prize Winner will receive a valuable prize consisting of 3 mentoring sessions, each lasting 30 minutes, which can provide valuable guidance and support in your artistic journey.
These prizes offer a range of opportunities and rewards for the talented individuals participating in the event.
