All tickets purchased are non-refundable. Once you purchase a ticket, it is considered final sale.

To present the Website to you and others, including the content, features, applications and functionalities made available via the Website. To facilitate registration for our events. The Personal Information collected from Buyers during the registration process is used to manage each Buyer’s account (such as for billing purposes). To facilitate the purchase of our products and services. If you order tickets or products directly from the Company, we will use the Personal Information you provide to process that order. To provide Buyers with notices about your accounts and to communicate with you regarding the availability of the Website, security and other Website-related issues, and to send administrative information to you, for example, information regarding the Website and changes to our terms, conditions and policies. To respond to email inquiries. When Visitors or Buyers send email inquiries to us, the return email address is used to answer the email inquiry we receive.

It’s Your Time Conference Media Release

By entering an event or program of It’s Your Time Conference, INC., you are entering an area where photography, audio and video recording may occur. Your entry and presence on the event, including the parking areas, walkways, and the entire premises constitutes your consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded and to the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of any and all recorded media of your appearance, voice, and name for any purpose whatsoever, without limitation or compensation, in perpetuity in connection with It’s Your Time Conference, and/or its initiatives, successors, licensees, and assigns, including and not limited to, by way of example only, use on internet sites, in social media, news, live streaming, and advertising. By entering the event premises, you waive and release any claims you may have related to the use of recorded media of you at the event, including without limitation, any right to inspect or approve the photo, video, or audio recording of you, any claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, defamation, and copyright infringement or for any fees for use of such record media.

You have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and release before entering the event. You understand that all photography, filming and/or recording will be done in reliance on this consent. If you do not agree to the foregoing, please do not enter the event area and/or premises.
